Housing - ranking - idea

Me and Ramhair thaught about the housing system and the ranks right now and it is bit messy and unclear at points. So we thaught that there is 2 ways: to organise the housing bit better or to make only special ranks and no housing.
In either way we thaught that the next things should be covered with housing or special ranks:

• GS manager
  
• Recruiter/ new member Tutor
  
• Ranker/kicker
  
• External Affairs (alliances/GvGs/PvPs/Bountys)
  

Then only in housing system there could be also:

• Buffers house
  
• SE house (when there comes SE hunters in the guild)
  
• Inventors House (when there is intrest against it)
  

In Houses there should be max 4 to 5 members and in special ranks maybe 2 persons per special rank.

So please discuss and give your ideas. And for what are you intrested of doing.

well, i agree we need to reorganise a bit... butt ranker/kicker is no need for leader can do that.... GS manager aswell is done by Leaders and higer...I thnk we need more space butt thats all....

But what would you suggest about the changing besides more space? and how could we get the sum together to get more space?

fully agree that it needs cleaning up...appearance isnt great. Also agreed that a store manager is required. Possibly split leader jobs....one leader is ranking and GVG (which we keep losing) while the other is store manager (big job). Then another can be external affairs/tutor.

But we need very active leaders!!!

I really like the idea of a buffing house. We could really use something like that.

Yes all leaders should be active. And i know that i dont have too much knoweldge in anything i just try to do my best to help the guild so any suggestion who should be the leaders?

well i think its a great idea that maybe dem and i are GS managers...

I think that the idea with buffers house is awesome I hope that in 1 month at most I can be a good buffer for the guild
